Practice positive self-talk. Start by following one simple rule: Don't say anything to yourself that you wouldn't say to anyone else. Be gentle and encouraging with yourself. If a negative thought enters your mind, evaluate it rationally, and respond with affirmations of what is good about you. Think about things you're thankful for in your life. Let's try one below. Take a moment to repeat this to yourself: Everything will work out for me. I am a winner. The tools I need to succeed are in my possession. There is nobody better to get the job done than me. I have faith in my social skills.

Remember, this is a rough time for everyone right now. If you ever need time to rant, this is an okay thing to do. It's not dramatic, it's a way to let off steam. If you ever need to let it out, you're always welcome to talk to me! I will listen to you. <3 Never be mean to others during these hard times, work together, and keep moving forward as the light at the end of the tunnel will soon present itself! You are loved, you are important, and you will forever be a lot more than you expect! Keep up the good work!
