ʚ💛ɞ Things to do in quarantine and tips to look after your health during this time ʚ💛ɞ
Good evening everyone, I hope you're all well 💛 Just putting out a reminder to take care of yourself this week.
If you're stuck on what to do during quarantine, I've made a list of a few things that you can try to kill off the boredom for a little while 💛 most of these are free/do not cost a lot so you should be able to try them! 1❥ Play some games - this would probably seem obvious to you all since this *is* a gaming app, however! I recommend playing a *new* game or something that you can grind on, to pass the time! Some free games that I recommend are TERA, Warhammer, Dauntless, Brawlhalla, Let It Die, Super Kirby Clash, Fortnite and if you're on pc, steam has World War Z free right now which seems worth a try. If you have some cash to spare, I recommend looking around for something new and exciting to play! For anyone that has been following me, you know I do a series on games, so you can always check that out ☆⌒(ゝ。∂) 2❥ If you have a laptop or pc, download pepakura and make some paper crafts! - If you like to make crafts and have a printer and a laptop or pc, you can download pepakura https://tamasoft.co.jp/pepakura-en/download/index.html and unfold and print off some paper crafts! Here are the instructions https://tamasoft.co.jp/pepakura-en/howtouse/overview/overview.html and here is a kirby one to make! https://tamasoft.co.jp/pepakura-en/gallery/gallerydetails.php?id=1770 3❥ Listen to some music - or find something new! There are millions of songs and artists out there that I'm sure you've never heard of, and spotify does a discover weekly playlist that you can listen to! 4❥ Learn something new - maybe watch a few educational videos that appeal to you, or look into the lore of a game that you play, or try to learn a new skill such as drawing or painting or cooking? 5❥ Read a book - it could be a mystery, comedy, thriller.. and let's not discount manga or webtoons in this. Or maybe you want to discover something in a non-fiction? The choice is yours!
Tips for looking after your mental health during quarantine: 1❥ Start a journal - you could do this on paper in a book or on an app such as Daylio or Reflectly, but keeping track of your day and how you feel is a great idea, especially in a time where you may be feeling anxious, unsure or even overwhelmed about what's going on. You can even decorate them! 2❥ Stay connected, but mindfully - Try to stay connected with your friends and family through social media, but try not to use social media to the point that you may feel overwhelmed by all of the updates on covid. 3❥ Try to do one productive thing per day - even if it's just tidying something up a little or maybe making something or drawing something. I've found that this helps a lot for me to stop feeling stuck inside and bored out of my mind, and keeps me busy for a while too! Another idea is exercise (or playing a game that does this! Get out that old Wii and start up Just Dance or Wii Fit or something!) ·͙⁺˚*•̩̩͙✩•̩̩͙*˚⁺‧͙⁺˚*•̩̩͙✩•̩̩͙*˚⁺‧͙⁺˚*•̩̩͙✩•̩̩͙*˚⁺‧͙ Stay safe everyone and stay well 💛 _____ ʚ💛ɞ
