2. Click on “Subscriptions and Purchases”.

3. Click on “Unable to purchase from iTunes Store”.

4. Select Email.

5.Provide the following in sending a request:   - First and Last Name - Apple ID - Email Address - Briefly provide any other details on the space provided.Click 'Continue' to submit your request.
