For Android purchases, the package will be delivered within 48 hours upon purchase.(To confirm that the package was delivered, the user will have to log in again and observe if they received the package)
If the package was not delivered and got charged by Google, kindly send the following information to our Helpdesk and they will assist you as soon as possible.

❖ Transaction failed (Apple), what should I do?
Apple Support handles payment errors on Apple devices. Please proceed with the steps below to follow up on your transaction with Apple:
1. Go to Apple website by clicking the link below and select iPhone.
2. Click on “Subscriptions and Purchases”.
3. Click on “Unable to purchase from iTunes Store”.
4. Select Email.
5.Provide the following in sending a request:
- First and Last Name
- Apple ID
- Email Address
- Briefly provide any other details on the space provided.Click 'Continue' to submit your request.
❖ Why can't I update the game on Apple or Android?
There may be some issues or errors that occurred while updating the game. Please try the following steps as this may help resolve the issue:
For Android:1. Go to Device Settings → Go to Application Manager.2. Locate Google Play Store and delete the cache and data.3. Restart the device and reconnect to the game. Observe if this fixes the issue.
For Apple:1. Go to App Store → Go to Updates.2. Locate the Game and tap Update.3. Restart the device and reconnect to the game. Observe if this fixes the issue.
※ Note: Deleting the game's cache and data will remove any guest accounts so please make sure that the game data has been linked to any SNS available in-game.
❖ I have problem in downloading the game. What should I do?
If you are having problems downloading the game:1. Check if you have a sufficient amount of storage in your device.2. Check if you have the minimum requirements to run the game.3. Connect to a more stable WiFi connection to avoid running into errors.

A: You can only get more Dragons by Hatching them in Hatchery.

A: You can expand your area by spending Gold Coins. You can instantly unlock the area by spending Diamonds.

A: The Dragons are sorted in tiers from Normal to Super Rare. You can learn each of them in the Dragon page.

A: You can get more badge by building in Public Facilities.
❖ How can I level up faster?
A: You can level up faster by completing achievements in the Dragon Hall.

A: You can get A tickets in the Dragon Delivery.

A: You get Spirit Coins once you hatch a duplicate of a Dragon that you already own.
