Another siege glitch

Does anyone else has that glitch where you cant use ig voice chat and cant hear your teammates?like i can play few matches normally with using voice chat but then suddenly i cant use it(i can use is again only after i restart the game)does anyone else has this and do u know how to fix it cuz its annoying

    it usually happens to me when i tab out, so in ranked i try to avoid that.
